Apple Crisp recipe with Drambuie

Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 4 oranges
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2/3 cup of spelt flourĀ
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 2 oz of Drambuie
Pour the Drambuie into a bowl and add the fruit, allow it to soak for 10 mins, then mix. Place the mixture into a baking tray. Mix in the flour, sugar , oatmeal and butter seperately and press the mixture onto the fruit. Bake for 45 mins at 350F until the top is brown. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
